Cancellation Policy

We ask that all clients provide at least 48 business hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and non-attendance will be charged at the full session fee.

This policy ensures that appointment times can be offered to other clients and that preparation time is not wasted. We appreciate your understanding and ask that all clients agree to this policy before starting services.
