We understand that unexpected things can happen. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
To ensure fairness for all clients and to maintain a high-quality service, we require all clients to agree to our cancellation policy before starting services. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
Your appointment is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least two (2) full business days’ notice. If less than two days’ notice is given, or if you do not attend your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.
We charge a cancellation fee for the following reasons:
• Other clients: Late cancellations mean we are unable to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
• Clinicians: Time is set aside to prepare for your session. When appointments are missed, this time cannot be used and affects our service.
This policy helps us provide consistent and fair support to all clients and treating clinicians.
