Fees and Rebates

NDIS Participants
If you have a current NDIS plan, sessions are billed at $193.99 per hour in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (Support Item 15_617_0128_1_3). This is a discounted rate offered to all NDIS participants and applies to self-managed and plan-managed participants.

Private Clients
The standard rate for private occupational therapy is $265.00 per hour as of 1st July 2026. This reflects the current market rate for a senior occupational therapist with specialist experience.

Medicare Rebates
A Medicare rebate of $61.80 per session is available for eligible clients under MBS item 10958. To access this rebate you will need a valid referral from your GP and a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Up to five allied health sessions per calendar year are available under this pathway, shared across all allied health providers. Your GP can advise whether you are eligible.

Private Health Insurance
Rebates may be available depending on your fund and level of cover. Contact your insurer to confirm your entitlements before your appointment.

Gap Fees
A gap fee applies to all private and Medicare-funded sessions. The gap is the difference between the fee charged and the rebate received.
