Fees and Rebates

• NDIS Participants with an existing NDIS Plan – Services are billed in line with the current NDIS price guide at $193.99/hour for occupational therapy (15_617_0128_1_3 – Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy, or Training –   Occupational Therapist)
   
• Standard Occupational Therapy rate is $235 per hour. Medicare Rebates are available with a valid GP referral and Care Plan (e.g., Chronic Disease Management Plan), Private Health Funds may offer a rebate for eligible clients.

Please note:  The difference in rates between private clients and NDIS participants reflects the variation between market rates and the current NDIS Price Guide. Our private rate of $235 per hour reflects the standard rate for senior occupational therapists, while the NDIS rate of $193.99 per hour follows the current NDIS-recommended pricing.
