We provide comprehensive assessments to understand each individual’s strengths, needs, and everyday functioning across home, work, and community environments. This includes Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), sensory profile assessments, and other cognitive or physical assessments where relevant.
We support individuals to develop and maintain the practical skills needed to live more independently, with a focus on routines, daily tasks, and managing everyday life in a way that works for them. This may include being able to access the community or enabling a person to prepare regular meals.
We provide support to individuals to identify and implement assistive technology that makes everyday tasks safer, easier, and more manageable. This includes assessing your needs, recommending suitable equipment, and providing ongoing support to ensure it is used effectively in daily life. Equipment may range from simple aids to more complex devices, with a focus on what works best for your individual situation and goals. For example, we can support you in finding a wheelchair that meets your specific needs or look at Assistive Technology that makes it easier and safer for you to shower or get dressed.
We support individuals to engage in and maintain work or study by developing routines, managing barriers and implementing strategies or modifications that support sustainable and meaningful engagement in study or employment.
We offer a range of supports focused on improving everyday functioning. This includes developing routines, managing fatigue and burnout, building cognitive and executive functioning strategies, improving physical ability to enable function, and enabling household tasks and meal preparation. We also support life transitions, communication, and making changes to the environment to better suit how a person functions, with a focus on adapting practical strategies that work in day-to-day life.
